Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased directly from Osmo Nutrition NZ. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the remainder of the product to us for a full refund or exchange within 30-days of receipt. You do not need a return number or authorization to send in a return. Please note that if you purchased an Osmo Nutrition NZ product from a retailer or other vendor and are not satisfied, you MUST return the product to your place of purchase. 


Multiple Unit Refunds: 

Please note that if you purchase multiple units of a product and are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of one opened unit/container and any remaining unopened units/containers. 


Clothing Returns and Exchanges: 

Aside from trying on an item for fit (with protective undergarments), all clothing and soft-good returns must be in new and salable condition with original tags attached, enclosed in the original packaging, and returned/exchanged within 30-days of receipt. Clothing and soft-good items do not qualify for a return or exchange if they have been used, washed, or had the original tags removed. In the case of manufacturing defects or flaws please email us at sales@osmonutrition.co.nz for return/exchange instructions. 


Return Instructions 

When returning an item, please enclose a copy of your order receipt with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note any new sizes or flavors to ensure that you are sent the desired exchange item(s). 


Please send your return information and merchandise to the name and address below. We strongly encourage you to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by Osmo Nutrition NZ. 


Receiving a Refund 

The time required for you to receive your refund depends on the following factors: 

- It will take 1-to-10 business days for us to receive the return shipment from your shipper. 

- We require 1-to-3 business days to process your return. 

- It will take 3-to-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request. 


International Returns

Please note: If customs refuses delivery of your package and returns it to Osmo Nutrition NZ, we will apply a credit for the dollar amount of the product returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable and won’t be credited to your account. We appreciate your understanding.
